Terms of Service

premzone.ai is an AI API gateway that provides access to multiple AI models, including Claude, GPT and Codex, and image generation, through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint. You fund a prepaid balance and then either purchase a daily or weekly plan or pay as you go per token, using an API key to make requests.

premzone also operates a provider side of the Service. Providers may share the idle quota of their own Claude or GPT subscription through premzone and earn USDC, which is settled automatically on the Solana network. These Terms apply to both consumers of the Service and providers who supply quota.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and premzone. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a contract, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use the Service you must create an account. You may sign in using your email address or by authenticating with Google. When you sign in with email, you may be asked to verify your address through a one-time code. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Each person is permitted one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your sign-in method and any API keys issued to you. Any activity conducted through your account, including all usage and charges, is your responsibility.

You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or API keys.

The Service operates on a prepaid balance. You may top up your balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using QRIS, or in USDC on the Solana network. Once a top-up is confirmed, the corresponding amount is credited to your account balance and may be used to pay for the Service.

You may use your balance in two ways. You can purchase a daily or weekly plan, which provides access on the terms described for that plan at the time of purchase, or you can pay as you go, where charges are deducted from your balance based on your actual token usage for each request. Image generation and other model usage are charged according to the pricing in effect at the time of use.

API keys issued to you do not expire. You remain responsible for keeping your keys secure and for all usage and charges incurred under them until you revoke or rotate them.

Pricing for plans and per-token usage may change. Where we make a material change to pricing, we will provide reasonable advance notice, such as seven days, before the change takes effect for your account. Top-ups and amounts paid for plans are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Currency conversion, network fees, and payment-processor fees associated with QRIS or Solana transactions are your responsibility and may affect the amount credited.

If you participate as a provider, you may connect and share the idle quota of your own AI subscription (such as Claude or GPT) so that it can serve requests through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share that quota and that doing so does not violate the terms of your agreement with the underlying provider. You are solely responsible for compliance with any third-party subscription terms that apply to your account.

In exchange for quota you supply, you may earn USDC. Earnings are calculated based on the usage your shared quota serves, according to the rates and rules in effect at the time, and are settled automatically to your designated wallet on the Solana network. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address; we are not liable for funds sent to an address you provide that is incorrect or that you do not control.

You are responsible for any taxes arising from your earnings. We may withhold, suspend, or reverse settlement where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of a third-party provider's terms. Sharing quota does not transfer ownership of your subscription, and you remain bound by the underlying provider's terms at all times.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: using the Service for any illegal activity; generating, soliciting, or distributing content that sexually exploits or endangers minors; attacking, probing, or attempting to disrupt the Service's infrastructure or that of any underlying provider; reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without our authorization; circumventing rate limits, quotas, billing, or other technical controls; and using our infrastructure to develop competing products or services.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate, and for ensuring your use complies with the usage policies of the underlying model providers whose models you access through the Service. You may not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harvest data without authorization, or generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, and without refund, for any violation of this section. We may also suspend access where necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, or to comply with legal obligations.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we make no uptime guarantee.

Because the Service routes requests to third-party AI models and depends on third-party networks and providers, availability, latency, and model behavior may change or be interrupted for reasons outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific models or plans, at any time.

Concurrency, rate, and request-size limits may apply per model, per plan, or per account, and may change over time. Routing decisions, including which underlying provider or shared-quota source serves a given request, are made by the Service and may vary.

For certain models, the Service may modify the request before it is sent to the underlying provider. In particular, requests to Claude models may have a Claude Code style system prompt prepended to your provided prompt. If your integration requires an unmodified system prompt or exact, byte-for-byte control over the request, you should account for this behavior and test accordingly.

As between you and premzone, content you generate through the Service belongs to you, the user, subject to the terms and usage policies of the underlying model providers and to your compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

premzone retains all rights in the Service itself, including its software, endpoint, routing technology, branding, and the names "premzone" and "premzone.ai". Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or to access or replicate the underlying systems of the Service except as expressly permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, premzone and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount of the unused prepaid balance remaining in your account at the time the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. Where the Service routes your requests to third-party model providers, those providers process the request content under their own terms and policies.

We use only essential cookies that are necessary for the Service to function, such as remembering your locale preference and keeping you authenticated. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. By using the Service, you consent to the use of these essential cookies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
