Privacy Policy

This policy describes how premzone.ai collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. premzone.ai provides a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint that routes requests to Claude, GPT/Codex, and image generation models, along with a provider program through which people can share the idle quota of their AI subscriptions and earn USDC.

It applies to both sides of our platform: consumers who top up a balance and call our API, and providers who connect their Claude or GPT subscription quota to earn rewards. Where a clause applies only to one group, we say so.

We collect your email address when you create an account, whether you sign in with email or with Google. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information, such as your name, email address, and account identifier, as permitted by your Google authorization.

We collect API usage metrics, including the models you call, request and token counts, image generation requests, timestamps, and the API key used. Because every API key on premzone.ai never expires, this usage data is associated with your account for as long as the key remains active.

We collect payment and balance information. This includes your top-up amounts and the currency used, your chosen payment method (Indonesian Rupiah via QRIS, or USDC on Solana), transaction references, the destination or source blockchain addresses for USDC transfers, and a record of the daily or weekly plans you purchase and your pay-as-you-go per-token consumption.

For providers who participate in the earn program, we collect details needed to verify shared subscription quota, route requests to it, measure the volume served, and pay you. This includes your Solana wallet address for USDC settlement and a record of the amounts earned and settled to you.

We collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and similar diagnostic data gathered by our infrastructure providers in the course of delivering and securing the service.

We use your information to operate and maintain the service, to authenticate you, to route your API requests to the appropriate model, to meter and bill usage against your balance or plan, to process top-ups, to manage your credit balance, to send verification and transactional emails, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

For the provider side, we use your information to route eligible traffic to your shared quota, to calculate your earnings, and to settle USDC to you automatically on Solana.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising.

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to deliver the service. Cloudflare provides infrastructure and DDoS protection. QRIS payment processors and our Indonesian Rupiah payment partner handle QRIS top-ups, and the Solana network and associated on-chain infrastructure process USDC top-ups and provider settlements. A transactional email provider delivers verification and account emails.

To fulfil your API requests, premzone.ai forwards the contents of those requests to the upstream model providers behind the relevant model, including the providers of Claude, GPT/Codex, and the image generation models. Those providers process your request data under their own terms and privacy policies in order to generate a response.

Each third party processes only the data needed to perform its function, and we do not authorize them to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.

Your API requests, including prompts and any content you submit, are processed in real time. premzone.ai routes each request to the selected upstream model, streams the response back to you, and records the usage metadata needed for billing.

premzone.ai does not retain the contents of your prompts or the generated responses as a permanent chat history on our servers beyond what is operationally necessary to deliver the response and maintain the service. Any conversation history shown in a client application you use is governed by that application, not by premzone.ai. We do retain usage metadata, such as model, token counts, and timestamps, for billing and abuse prevention.

We retain data for active accounts for as long as the account remains active, so that your balance, plans, non-expiring API keys, usage records, and provider earnings remain available to you.

We retain payment and settlement records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. If you wish to delete your account or personal data, please email [email protected] and we will process your request, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

We protect your data using encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. API keys are treated as secrets and should be kept confidential by you; anyone holding your key can spend your balance, so do not share it or commit it to public code.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We use only essential cookies. These include a language preference cookie and authentication cookies that keep you signed in to your session.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal data. You may also request a copy of the account and usage data we hold about you.

premzone.ai is not intended for, and may not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will announce them through the service or by updating the effective date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of premzone.ai after an update means you accept the revised policy.
